Locations: I offer in-person private settings in Worland and Ten Sleep. I am also available online for live sessions.

For: Clients looking for a private setting for a general yoga practice, or for an individualized program plan.

Expect: Attentiveness, listening, movement assessment, goal setting, follow up and accountability.

Hi, my name is Valarie, and I guide busy working moms who desire to self heal from leaking urine, constipation, core weakness, and pelvic pain at home by creating individualized, time considerate, practical and actionable movement plans with steady support.

Individual Rates:

Consultation Call, 20 minutes – Free
Single Session Rate, 1 Hour – $75
Four Pack Session Rate, 1 Hour each – $240

Investment includes preplanning, recordings, mutual feedback, and emails between meetings for accountability and additional resources. I will work with your financial level of commitment, just email me. If finances are of concern, please reach out and I will do my best to offer an equally affordable rate.

Pricing Group Rates:

Bring yoga to your office, to your family, or another group setting. Email me using the form below, and let me know how I can be of service! Rates are determined by the number of participants, location, and whether the class is based on assessment and specialization. Some examples include: Mom’s Weekly Meet Up, Employee Benefits, Family Yoga, and Celebrations. Example: $50 a person for two, $25 additional people 3 or more, traveling to group.

The areas I continue to educate myself in through programs and mentorships are pelvic health, pain care, and movement modalities. I can direct you towards a local or regional medical professional for your specific needs, and with your consent work as a team to support you. I am not a substitute for a proper medical evaluation, diagnosis, or supervised therapy program.

WHOLE BODY TUNE IN & CARE
You deserve to slow down, we all do. The body, and especially the mind, are not made to be running at max speed every day all day. For one full hour I will ask you to set aside the demands of life outside, and turn your full attention toward yourself.
The journey includes a slow guided exploration of the body as a conscious participant in all movements. You have permission to lead your own practice by making choices on the mat that serve you to the highest, without judgement or comparison. The slow pace allows time for all bodies to transition with ease from one position to another, floor to standing, and inattentiveness to self inquiry.
My sincere hope is that you leave feeling lighter in your bones, and in your heart. That you carry this stillness out into the world with you, and remember each day that you deserve to slow down.
