Schedule a Private Session

Where: I offer private practice settings in Worland and Ten Sleep.

Who: Clients looking for a private setting for a general yoga practice, or for an individualized program plan.

How: We will start with an assessment to identify your goals for our sessions together. I’ll then dedicate time and energy into preplanning your series, continually educating myself based on your request for support. I can provide a recorded video of our sessions for private use, and follow up emails for feedback and fine tuning of our next session(s). I will support you with accountability, consistency, and positive body-work.

I’m here to help you with:

Pelvic Floor Care and Healing Disfunction1
Body Awareness and Connectivity to your Tissue2
Pain Care and Management3

My Scope of Practice:

Movement for Strength Training
Breathing Improvement Exercises
Physical and Mental Relaxation Techniques

Assessment is done by watching clients move in a variety of ways, and asking open ended questions for external and internal sensation feedback. Some light physical touching may occur with client consent.

Pricing Single Rates:

First Session Rate – $45
Single Session Rate – $60
Package Session (4) Rate – $200

Investment includes preplanning, recorded sessions, mutual feedback, and emails between meetings for accountability and additional resources. I will work with your financial level of commitment, just email me.

Pricing Group Rates:

Bring yoga to your office, to your family, or another group setting. Email me using the form below, and let me know how I can be of service! Rates are determined by the number of participants, location, and whether the class is based on assessment and specialization. Some examples include: Mom’s Weekly Meet Up, Employee Benefits, Family Yoga, and Celebrations.

1. As a movement specialist and yoga guide I choose to focus on pelvic floor health because it is a topic that deeply interests me for several reasons. First, women are affected by disfunction in higher rates than men. One in four women will report a pelvic floor issue within their lifetime. Pregnancy and birth are cited as the major contributors, however, age is just as relevant for a population living longer. (National Institute of Health Statistics)

Second, accessibility to health care resources is very important to me, especially now that I work in a rural setting. Third, knowledge of proper floor care and pelvic disfunction are not widely discussed topics. I’m here to bridge the education gap. I’m here to support your individual emotional and physical needs. I’m here to partner with your medical care providers to help you heal. Pelvic floor disfunction is common, but it’s not normal, and together we can reach the goal of living your fullest life.

2. If you feel like a walking and talking head as you move through life, then you have likely lost awareness and connectivity to your living tissue. By taking back control you can directly influence your quality of life. Together we can work to fine-tune the brain and nervous system for goals such as body mapping, functional mobility, strength in varied ranges of motion, movement balance, injury recovery, and pain care.

3. Pain is part of living, there’s no way around experiencing it physically or mentally. The two common forms are acute pain (immediate responses to stressors of your tissue, like a finger cut), and persistent pain (responses far after the physical danger has ended or healed). Pain is multidimensional and we can investigate it through a variety of life lenses such as sensations, emotions, cognitions (beliefs), and social aspects to name a few (the bio-psycho-social model). All areas of your life can influence pain, to either increase it or alleviate it. Whether you are recovering from an injury, returning to function after surgery, or find yourself in persistent pain, I am here to help. (pain-science-workbook)

*I am not a doctor, physical therapist, or any other certified medical professional. The areas I continue to educate myself in through programs and mentorships are pelvic health, pain care, and movement modalities. I can direct you towards a local or regional medical professional for your specific needs, and with your consent work as a team to support you. I am not a substitute for a proper medical evaluation, diagnosis, or supervised therapy program.

WHOLE BODY TUNE IN & CARE
You deserve to slow down, we all do. The body, and especially the mind, are not made to be running at max speed every day all day. For one full hour I will ask you to set aside the demands of life outside, and turn your full attention toward yourself.
The journey includes a slow guided exploration of the body as a conscious participant in all movements. You have permission to lead your own practice by making choices on the mat that serve you to the highest, without judgement or comparison. The slow pace allows time for all bodies to transition with ease from one position to another, floor to standing, and inattentiveness to self inquiry.
My sincere hope is that you leave feeling lighter in your bones, and in your heart. That you carry this stillness out into the world with you, and remember each day that you deserve to slow down.
