Meet the Team

Meghan Gaspers

Organizer, Presenter, Owner Firefly Yoga and Wellness, E-RYT 200, YACEP, LMT

Meghan Gaspers found yoga 11 years ago while studying massage therapy in Costa Rica.  5 years in as a bodyworker, she knew she wanted to help people find a deeper connection to self and to understand how a lifetime of traumas cannot be erased in one yoga class or one treatment session.  In 2014 Meghan received her 200 hour certification in Vinyasa Power Yoga.  After taking 80 hours of Myofasial Release therapy, Meghan began to understand pain and dysfunction of the body in a whole new way and is continuing that journey by working on her 300 hour certification through the Myofascial Yoga Institute of Cananda.   Currently Meghan is an E-RYT200, YACEP instructor, and studio  owner.  Meghan loves teaching at her studio, but finds her true passion is in leading retreats, teacher trainings, and continuing education classes.  When not working with clients, teaching, or working on her personal practice, Meghan can be found outdoors absorbing the glorious Rocky Mountain country we call home or globe trotting with her husband and two kids.

Meghan Lucas

Organizer, Presenter, Owner Ananda Studio, ERYT 500, YACEP, Master Pilates Instructor

Meghan has been a student of yoga for over a decade, and a teacher since 2014. Her focus is on establishing healthy movement patterns from a solid foundation, and using this physical acuity as a gateway to the subtler aspects of yoga. Meghan believes that as self-awareness deepens, our self-responsibility evolves and we are given the opportunity to self-actualize, to grow in the direction of the sun. Meghan is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, Master Pilates Instructor, and studio owner, and studies regularly with her teachers around the U.S. and in India. While she loves to work on her handstand alignment and play with challenging Vinyasa transitions, she specializes in meditation, mantra, mythology, and philosophy. You will likely find her in the mountains or snuggling by a fire with book in hand.

Valarie Anderson

Organizer, Host, Owner Ten Sleep Rock Ranch, Owner Yoga with Valarie, RYT 200

Dedicated to her practice since 2014, and a RYT 200 since 2016, Valarie is a lover of all movement. She leads her classes with the philosophy of “if you’re moving, then you’re doing it right!” because there is no perfect pose, and part of yoga is taking the reigns of practice into your own hands. Valarie hopes to bring wellness to her community through movement and mindfulness. She teaches in Worland and Ten Sleep, and is always extending her learning through various programs and teachers. An avid climber, she enjoys the Wyoming wild with her dog Luna and husband/business partner.
