Here’s your “Slow Flow Floor Yoga” practice video. It’s a great example of what you can expect from my public classes, whether live in person or online.
Enjoy 25 minutes of floor time, rolling around, and letting your body be at ease. Suitable for those that can come to the floor, lay down, sit back up, move on their hands and knees, lower to belly from hands and knees, backbend, push up from face down position to hands and knees, low lunge with one knee down (this list is not exhaustive). REMEMBER your props! Bring a blanket or pillow to the mat to soften the palms, wrists, knees, or other body part on the floor. Omit any movements or modify where needed. No position or movement is mandatory. Go at your pace and enjoy!
